After hurricane Matthew caused substantial water damage to our home, we interviewed several contractors. The estimate from general contractor Alpha Builders Group, while not the lowest, was far and away the most comprehensive. Owner Gino Shvetz optimism and sunny attitude was infectious and brightened our spirits in what was otherwise a disaster. We decided to take a chance with his company and have been glad that we did so. Gino and his team first did a careful assessment of our needs and then promptly went to work. The crew assigned to us, Rob and Robert, were highly skilled in framing, flooring, insulation, sheetrock replacement, carpentry, accessories, cleaning, painting and staining. They arrived on time every scheduled workday, worked efficiently and then cleaned up so that they often left the house cleaner then when they found it. The occasional little extra that we asked them to do was performed promptly and without complaint. Likewise, our solid oak flooring was replaced and refinished to a high level of beauty. Throughout the weeks long process, Gino personally came often to our home to inspect progress, work being done professionally and to offer suggestions. He returned our emails and phone calls promptly and courteously. We can highly recommend Gino Shvetz and Alpha Builders Group. It has been a pleasure working with them. When they had finished, our home was better than it had been before the hurricane.

We had Alpha Builders Group repaint the exterior of the house, including replacing and repairing the stucco, siding, garage door and front door. One of your carpenters replaced some rotten soffits on the back side of the house and remove rusty nails. The work completed was perfect. The attention to detail was outstanding. The work was completed in eight days. The guys cleaned up behind themselves and the place was left cleaner than when they showed up.
